Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ollywood Casino (ollywoodcasino.com) and related services (the "Service"), operated by Score Media and Gaming Inc. ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service or opening an account, you agree to these Terms.
Real-money gaming on the Service is conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario (iGO), and is made available by Score Media and Gaming Inc. as an operator registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO). Jurisdiction-specific rules are set out in our Ontario Terms.

1. Eligibility & age
To use the Service you must:
- be 19 years of age or older;
- be physically located in Ontario, Canada when you access the Service;
- have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- not be self-excluded, listed on Ontario's centralized self-exclusion register, or otherwise restricted from gambling.
We use geolocation checks and other controls to verify your physical location. Use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent location controls is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
It is an offence for anyone under 19 to gamble. We verify age at registration and may suspend or close non-compliant accounts.
2. Your account
You may hold only one account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Closing your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting Support. We will return any available balance to a payment method registered in your name within 5 business days, subject to KYC/AML verification.
3. Identity verification & anti-money-laundering
Before you can play, and before certain transactions, we are required to verify your identity and age ("Know Your Customer" / KYC), screen against politically exposed persons (PEP) and applicable sanctions lists, and carry out anti-money-laundering (AML) checks consistent with FINTRAC/PCMLTFA, Ontario rules and applicable Canadian law. We may request government-issued ID, proof of address, occupation and source-of-funds information, and may restrict an account until checks are complete.
4. Gameplay & fairness
Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are random and independent; past results do not influence future ones. We do not guarantee winnings of any kind — you should expect to lose the money you wager. Game rules and return-to-player (RTP) information are made available within each game.
Slot games display your session net position in Canadian dollars (winnings minus losses since session start), as required by the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. Slot games do not display win-associated audio or visual effects for outcomes where the return is less than or equal to the amount wagered.
5. Deposits, withdrawals & dormant accounts
When real-money play is enabled, deposits and withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in your own name. You may not transfer funds to another player's account or to accounts held with other operators. We may apply limits, holds and verification to protect you and to meet regulatory obligations. Inactive accounts may be treated as dormant in accordance with the requirements of iGaming Ontario (iGO) and applicable rules; we will contact you before taking any action, and your funds will not be forfeited except as permitted by those requirements.
Accepted payment methods are listed in your account. We may at our discretion restrict or disallow certain methods (for example, credit cards) for responsible-gaming, legal or regulatory reasons.
Segregation of player funds. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from our operational funds, in accordance with the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. Your balance is protected from being used for our operational expenses.
6. Responsible gaming
You can set deposit, loss and time limits, take breaks, and self-exclude at any time. Requests that tighten a limit take effect immediately; requests that loosen or remove a limit take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period, in line with the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. Reality-check reminders display your session length and net position. By default, reminders are shown every 15 minutes; you can set the reminder interval during registration or at any time in your account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 19 or outside Ontario;
- use another person's identity, payment method or account;
- use bots, automated tools, collusion or fraud to gain an unfair advantage;
- engage in money laundering or any unlawful activity;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts and void transactions that breach these Terms.
8. Advertising & inducements
We advertise gambling inducements, bonuses and credits only on our own platform or to players who have given active, specific consent to direct marketing. We do not market inducements to self-excluded players or to those showing indicators of gambling-related harm. Our gambling advertising does not use or feature athletes or celebrities, consistent with Standard 2.05 of the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. 9. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Score Media and Gaming Inc. and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing excludes or restricts any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other mandatory law. In the event of a malfunction, affected games and transactions are void.
11. Complaints & disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first via Support. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a final written response within 10 business days. If we need longer, we will update you at least every 10 business days. If your complaint remains unresolved 30 days after submission, or you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may escalate it to our designated independent dispute resolution (IDR) provider, ADR Chambers, free of charge; the IDR service is binding on the operator. You may at any time contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario (iGO).
12. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, by email and/or in-account notification, and you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before those changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
